Monthly Bookkeeping Services

  • Small Business (Up to 50 Transactions/Month):
    $300–$500 per month
    Ideal for startups or businesses just getting started, covering essential tasks like transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, and monthly financial statements.
  • Growing Business (50–150 Transactions/Month):
    $500–$1,000 per month
    For businesses looking to expand, this package includes more in-depth services like tracking expenses, financial reporting, and regular cash flow analysis.
  • Established Business (150+ Transactions/Month):
    $1,000–$2,500 per month
    For businesses with higher transaction volumes or more complex financial needs, this package covers advanced bookkeeping services, detailed financial reporting, and strategic financial insights to help guide growth.

Startup Fee for New Businesses

For new businesses without an established financial system, a one-time Startup Fee is required. This includes:

  • System Setup: Creating and implementing a financial system that works for your business.
  • Chart of Accounts: Setting up an organized chart of accounts.
  • Initial Cleanup: Organizing any existing financial data, even if it’s minimal or unorganized.
  • Startup Fee: $500–$1,500 (depending on complexity)

QuickBooks Online (QBO) Subscription

As part of my virtual bookkeeping services, I utilize QuickBooks Online (QBO) software to manage your financials. This software helps streamline accounting, generate reports, and maintain accurate records. However, new clients will need to subscribe to QuickBooks Online. The subscription cost for QBO is not included in my services and is billed directly by QuickBooks. I will guide you through the setup process to ensure everything is configured correctly for your business.


Cleanup Services (If Applicable)

If you have disorganized or incomplete financial records, I also offer cleanup services. These services are priced based on the complexity and volume of work needed:

  • Basic Cleanup:
    Reconciliation of accounts, transaction categorization, and correcting errors.
    $500–$1,000
  • Standard Cleanup:
    Includes all Basic tasks plus review of the chart of accounts and adjusting journal entries.
    $1,000–$2,000
  • Comprehensive Cleanup:
    All Standard tasks plus preparation for future tax filing and setting up internal controls.
    $2,000–$5,000+
